Advertisement for Bid - Carroll County Fire Dept Equipment

Carroll County Government (Tennessee) Please notice that the Carroll County Mayors Offi ce shall accept sealed written bids for the purchase of Fire Department equipment/vehicles that have been declared surplus by the Carroll County Purchasing Committee and the Carroll County Legislative Body. Proposals, bids, or responses must be submitted to the Offi ce of the Carroll County Mayor, Joseph G. Butler, at 625 High St. Suite 101, Carroll County Offi ce Complex, Huntingdon, Tennessee, 38344, no later than 9 a.m. CST, April 2, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened and considered. Copies of bid documents may be obtained at the Carroll County Mayors Offi ce at the above address, or by email at jbutler@carroll.tn.org. All interested parties, without regard of race, color or national origin, shall be afforded the opportunity to bid and shall receive equal consideration. Title VI states “No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program activity receiving Federal fi nancial assistance.” Carroll County strives to protect individuals’ civil rights through active compliance with the requirements of Title VI. The Owner (Carroll County) further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids.
