PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the Code of Federal Regulations 40 CFR 403.8 (f) (2) (viii), the City of McKenzie Pretreatment Program is required to publish a list of Industrial dischargers to the Publicly Owned Treatment Works found to be in non-compliance as defined in the McKenzie Sewer Use Ordinance section 103 (51) (a- i). This list must be published annually in the largest local newspaper. The following lists the Industrial User’s name, permit number, and reason for non- compliance for the period April 1, 2024-September 30, 2024.
