A3264/48-2 PROJECT NAME: Emergency Communications District New Offices PROJECT NO: 23299 OWNER: Carroll County E911 Separate sealed bids for the Carroll County Emergency Communications District New Offices will be received by its Director, Kristy Meggs at the Carroll County Jail, 200 Norandal Dr, Huntingdon, TN 38344 until 2 p.m. local time on January 9, 2025 , and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Carroll County E911 project site, 101 Dillahunty Ln, Huntingdon, TN 38344 at 10 a.m. local time on December 11, 2024 . Hard copy sets of plans and specifications will also be available for purchase on the planroom at the contractor’s expense. An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor’s Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
