Notice is hereby given that contractors, BAM2 Inc., 107 West Union Street, Gleason, TN 38229, and Luttrell & Sons, LLC, 190 Bank Circle Drive, Dundee, KY 42338, have requested final payment and contract completion for the 2022 CDBG #15352 Sewer System Improvements project. Said project is located in the City of McKenzie in Carroll County, Tennessee. Any local resident, subcontractor, or supplier who has claim against either contractor regarding said project has 10 days from the date of this notice to file his/her claim with Mayor Ryan Griffin at McKenzie City Hall, 2470 Cedar Street, TN 38201.
