NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION The following property will be offered for sale to the highest bidder at a Public Auction on the 10th day of September, 2021 at 1 p.m. The loca- tion of the sale is 25335 Highway 22, McKenzie TN 38201. Directions are as follows: (At the Hwy 79 and Hwy 22 intersection in McKenzie, TN you would go West on Hwy 22 towards Dresden/Martin TN, the sales site will be on your left about 2 miles West of the Hwy 22 and Hwy 79 intersection). • Items to be sold are as follows: • A. 2008 Dodge 3500 ST Truck (VIN 3D6WG468G250356) with a Custom Bed, two attached tool boxes, mule carrier with electric over hydraulic control, rear air bags, custom wide load mirrors, gooseneck hitch and heavy-duty pendulum hitch. Milage on the truck is unknown due to damage to wiring system and the following items have been removed from the unit and will not be available for sale. Driver side tool box has been removed. Mule carrier with electric over hydraulic control, and air compres- sor system for air bags have also been removed, wiring was cut when some of the above items were removed. Heavy-Duty pen- dulum hitch for bumper trailer has also been removed. • B. 2011 Meyers Shed Trailer (VIN 1M9222015702079) and all attachments. The trailer is a bumper hitch trailer and will haul up to a 40 ft. building. The remote that controls the trailer is not available and trailer will be sold without a remote. • C. 2020 413 Cardinal Mule Shed Mover (Serial No. 420950720) with two dolly wheels and a 90-inch adjustable T-Bar. The Mule has approximately 130 Hours on it. The two dolly wheels for this Mule are missing and are unavailable for sale. The property will be available for inspection at 25335 Highway 22 in McKenzie, TN at 8 a.m. until the time of the sale, on the day of the sale.
