Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 13-7-105, The Carroll County Commission does hereby give notice of a public hearing on the 8th day of November, at 6:45 p.m. at the Carroll County Civic Center. The pur- pose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding two proposed text amendments to the Carroll County Lake Zoning Resolution. The fi rst text amendment would create defi nitions for “Boat Storage” and “Rec- reational Storage” and allow recreational storage as a Use Permitted on Appeal in L-2 (Lake Low/Medium Density Residential) and MR-C (Mixed Residential-Commercial) districts. The second text amendment would create provisions governing “Home Occupations.” Copies of the proposed amendment is available in the offi ce of the Coun- ty Mayor during normal business hours.
