The City of McKenzie, Tenn., a municipal government, is proposing to construct a soccer complex located at 103 Mulberry Park in McKenzie, Tenn. The City of McKenzie, Tenn., will contract with the Tennessee Army National Guard to perform site work for this complex. This work consists of grading the site, leveling the site, constructing a restroom/concession/ storage facility. The site at 103 Mulberry Park is commonly referred to as Mulberry Park.
