Carroll County Civic Center Please notice that Barger Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager to oversee the renovation of the Carroll County Civic Center. The project includes but is not limited to painting, Flooring, roof repairs, repave asphalt parking lot, electrical, plumbing and LED digital signage. A non-mandatory walk thru will be at the location on April 16, 1 p.m. Bid packages and requirements will be able to be picked up at Barger Construction, 23134 Hwy 22N, Yuma, TN 38390 or by email at lisat@bargerconstructionco.com by April 15.
