The Northwest Tennessee Development District and Human Resource Agency (NWTDD/HRA) is seeking qualifi ed candidates with relevant professional management and leadership experience for the Executive Director position. The NWTDD/HRA is a non-profi t organization with its main offi ce located at 124 Weldon Drive, Martin TN. NWTDD/HRA represents the interests of a nine-county region that includes Benton, Carroll, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lake, Obion and Weakley counties. The Executive Director is appointed by the Governing Board. The Executive Director provides leadership to a professional staff to ensure the effi cient and effective delivery of an array of essential services. Candidates shall possess a Master’s degree or experience equivalent to such education requirements. Candidates need to have considerable responsible experience in administration, economic development, planning activities or related fi elds of which three (3) years must have been in a responsible supervisory, consultative, or administrative capacity.
