Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 13-7-105, The Carroll County Commission does hereby give notice of a public hearing on the 12th day of May, at 6:45 p.m. at the Carroll County Office Complex. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding a proposed resolution which would amend the text of to the Carroll County Lake Zoning Resolution to revise the definition of “Accessory Structure.” Copies of the proposed text amendment and revised zoning map are available in the office of the County Mayor during normal business hours.
