Pursuant to Section 67-5-508 Tennessee Code Annotated, the property assessment records of Carroll County will be available for public inspection in the Assessor of Property Office, Suite 105, Carroll County Complex during normal business hours. Any person desiring to inspect these records may do so at the appointed time and place. The Carroll County Board of Equalization will begin its annual session to examine and equalize the county assessments on June 2, 2025. THE BOARD WILL ACCEPT APPEALS FOR TAX YEAR 2025 ONLY UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF ITS 2025 REGULAR SESSION, WHICH WILL BE JUNE 20, 2025. The Board will meet in the Conference Room in the Carroll County Complex. Any owner of property who wishes to make a complaint or appeal to the County Board of Equalization must make an appointment by calling the Assessor of Property Office at 731-986-1975 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily. A property owner must appear at this time personally or by personal appearance of an agent for the owner bearing the owner’s written authorization.
