Notice of Bid Opening - Carroll Academy Van

The County of Carroll will be opening bids on two (2) pre-owned (15) fifteen passenger vans for Carroll Academy and (1) 2022 (7) seven passenger van. The 15 passenger vans should be a 2019 model or newer, have less than 40,000 miles and new tires. The van should be equipped with A/C, automatic, power windows, power door locks, rear view camera and should be white. The 2022 (7) passenger van should be equipped with A/C, automatic, power window, power door locks, tilt/cruise, cloth interior and white in color. To inspect trade-in, 2013 Ford E350 white 15 passenger van with approximately 102988 miles and 2013 Ford E350 white 15 passenger van with approximately 100975 miles, call Carroll County Mayor’s Office at 731-986-1936. Vans must be delivered no later than March 1, 2022. Bids need to be turned into Carroll County Mayor’s Office at 625 High Street, Suite 101 in a sealed envelope. Bids will be opened on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 2 p.m. in the conference room at the Carroll County Office Complex at 625 High St., Huntingdon, TN 38344.
