Notice of Public Hearing - Trezevant Zoning

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Trezevant Board of Mayor and Alder- men on Tuesday, the 8th day of July, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the Trezevant Community Center. The hearing is to receive public input for a zoning amendment which would create provisions gov- erning tiny houses, clarify provisions governing travel trailers / recreational vehicles, revise the definition of "Accessory Building or Use," and cre- ate an allowance for existing non-residential struc- tures to be used in a reasonable manner in resi- dential zoning districts. Full copies of the proposed amendments may be viewed at Trezevant Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
