The City of McKenzie is currently seeking bids to replace a roof top HVAC unit at City Hall. The specifi cations for the RTU is as follows: • 5 ton gas pack unit. • Three phase electrical. • Roof top unit. • Stainless steel heat exchangers. Each bid shall include any crane service necessary to remove the old unit and to lift and install the new unit. Parts and labor warranties shall also be included in the submitted bid. Anyone who chooses to bid on the replacement of this unit shall be a licensed HVAC technician in the State of Tennessee and insured to work on commercial property. Sealed bids will be received at McKenzie City Hall, 2470 Cedar St. until Friday, February 23 at 4 p.m. Bids will be opened at 4:30 p.m. on that day in the McKenzie City Council Chamber.
