The Town of Trezevant will be soliciting bids for Wastewa- ter System Improvements , located at Trezevant, Tennessee. The Wastewater System Improvements is a utility im- provement project with several functions for the Trezevant, Tennessee community. Project includes rehabilitation of ex- isting wastewater collection system gravity lines and rehabil- itation of existing wastewater manholes. The rehabilitation methods include Cured in Place Pipe lining, point repairs, and manhole lining for reduced infi ltration and infl ow. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:45 a.m. on July 30, 2025 at Town of Trezevant, City Hall, 5560 Broad Street N, Trezevant, TN 38258 . This project is being supported American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity. Separate sealed bids for Wastewater System Improve- ments will be received by the Town of Trezevant, City Hall, 5560 Broad Street N, PO Box 100, Trezevant, TN 38258 , until 10 a.m. on August 6, 2025 , and then at said offi ce publicly opened and read aloud. A detailed listing of all subcontractors shall be provided by the Bidder. In accordance with the Contract Documents, doc- umentation that the prospective General Contractor and its subcontractors meet minimum qualifications shall be provid- ed and submitted. Subcontractors must also not appear on Sam.gov disbarment list. Mark-ups on subcontractor work or Cost Plus Overhead will be disallowed for reimbursement. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of Town of Trezevant. Bids must be submitted with envelope label (provided in the bid docu- ments) affixed to the front of the envelope.
