NWTN Area Agency on Aging - Long-Term Care Ombudsman

The AAAD has a full-time job opening for the District Long-Term Care Ombudsman. The position involves advocacy for residents of nursing homes, board and care homes, assisted living facilities, and similar adult care facilities. The Ombudsman works to resolve problems of individuals residents and to bring about changes to local, state, and national levels that will improve residents’ care and quality of life. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of two years’ experience working with older persons.
