Huntingdon, TN 38344) at 8:30 p.m., on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, for the purpose of con - sidering all matters as may be properly presented to it, including the consideration of a bond resolution authorizing the issuance of $8,235,000 Gas System Revenue Bonds, the proceeds of which will be used to finance gas system improvements and extensions.
