A2458/14-1 ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUOTE CATEGORY: SCHOOL/EDUCATIONAL/CHILDCARE FACILITY NORTHWEST TENNESSEE HEAD START Sealed bids for Lawn Care , will be received by Northwest Ten- nessee Head Start, at 938C Walnut Ave., McKenzie, TN 38201 until 10 A.M., April 29, 2022. Bid will be for Lawn Care from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 - with two additional years possible. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The following Acts and Amendment apply to this project: The Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment This invitation to quote consists of Lawn Care for the Centers on the Bid Sheets. Centers involve: McKenzie, Huntingdon, Cam- den, Union City, Tiptonville, Dresden, Humboldt and Jackson. Bid Packages will be available at the Central Offices located at 938C Walnut Ave., McKenzie, TN 38201. Bid Packages can be picked up at this location or will be sent by United States Postal System. If you would like a package mailed to you please call 731-352-4743. Please specify which Bid Package you are re- questing to be mailed. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein. No quote shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids.
