Northwest Tennessee Development District has a full time opening for a CHOICES Service Coordinator/Case Manger position within the AAAD department. Applicant must have effective communication skills, oral and written. Must have knowledge of social services programs and agencies. Must be able to establish relationships with the public, agency representative, and colleagues. Must be a Tennessee licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in geriatric or service planning and delivery for disabled.
