Public Notice - Solicitation of Public Comment

According to the provisions of The Federal Clean Water Act, Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations Part 403, and Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 69, Chapter 3, and the Rules and Regulations of the State of Tennessee 0400-40-14, the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, Division of Water Resources has granted preliminary approval to an update in the McKenzie Industrial Pretreatment Local Limits. The City of McKenzie is making a formal notice to the public that the approved Local Limits are available for public review and comment. The updated Local Limits are available for review and inspection by all interested parties at the McKenzie Wastewater Treatment Plant, 482 Clark Street, McKenzie, Tennessee during the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. from April 19, 2022 until May 31, 2022.
