Notice is hereby given that the Town of Trezevant Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on October 23, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Trezevant Communi- ty Center, Trezevant, Tennessee. The purpose of the special meeting is to consider an application by John Quinn and wife Stephanie Rexinger for a Special Exception under the 2007 Zoning Ordi- nance of the Town of Trezevant, Tennessee in fur- therance of settlement of pending litigation in the Chancery Court of Tennessee for the 24th Judicial District at Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee styled Town of Trezevant v. John Quinn et al, Car- roll Chancery #2025-CV-114. This is a public hearing during which an order of proof will be observed to maintain decorum and al- low the applicants and the Town the opportunity to fairly and in an orderly way present evidence under oath for or against the application. At the conclu- sion of the parties’ presentations, with permission of the Chair and subject to reasonable limitations as the Chair imposes, any other interested attendees will be permitted to address the Board under oath in support of or in opposition to the application. Finally, the Board will receive written submissions for or against the application filed at Trezevant City Hall within five (5) business days after the special meeting.
