City of McKenzie - Bids for Brick Welcome Sign

The City of McKenzie is taking bids for labor to build a brick structure for a welcome sign at the corner of University Drive and Hwy 22. The structure would be approximately 12’ wide to the outsides of two 24” columns. The base is approximately 13 feet wide by 3 feet front to back. Please contact the City of McKenzie for a picture of the proposed structure. The winning bid will receive a detailed drawing showing critical dimensions. Submission Procedure: Sealed bids due by Friday, July 1, 2022, 4 p.m. to McKenzie City Hall, 2470 Cedar St., McKenzie, TN 38201. Bids will be opened at 4:30 p.m. at McKenzie City Hall. Winning bidder will be notified by Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Bids/proposals will be evaluated on their overall content of value to the project and may not necessarily be chosen based solely upon cost.
