NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL TRACTS OF LAND BOUGHT BY CARROLL COUNTY AT DELINQUENT TAX SALES In accordance with T.C.A. 67-5-2507 (b) (1), the County Mayor has received an offer for the total amount of taxes, penalty, interest and cost of the following parcel of land bought by Carroll County at Delinquent Tax Sales. The deed on this parcel shall not be executed and will not become final until (10) days after the publication in a newspaper in the county of the proposed sale. If anyone, during the (10) days. Shall increase the offer made for the land by ten percent (10%) or more, the party making the first offer shall be notified and a day fixed when both parties shall appear and make offers. If the original offer is raised by 10 percent (10%) or more the two parties shall appear on a day fixed and the tract of land shall be sold to the party making the highest and best offer.
