Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 13-7-105, The Carroll County Legislative Body does hereby give notice of a public hearing on the 12th day of September, at 6:30 p.m., at the Carroll County Offi ce Complex. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding a proposed resolution which would amend the text of to the Carroll County Lake Zoning Resolution and re-adopt a revised Carroll County Lake Zoning Map. The text amendment would create L-1A (Lake Low-Medium Den- sity Residential) districts and L-3 (Lake Agricultural-Residential) districts and it would revise the provisions for L-2 (Lake Low-Medium Density Residential) districts. The revised zoning map would include placement of the new zoning districts. Copies of the proposed text amendment and revised zoning map are available in the Offi ce of the County Mayor during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend.
