Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 13-7-203, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the McKenzie Mayor and Board of Aldermen on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. at McKenzie City Hall. The hearing is to receive public input on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to revise criteria pertaining to apartments as incidental uses in the B-3 (Central Business District).
