Bid Notice - McKenzie Housing Authority Interior Improvements

The McKenzie Housing Authority invites sealed bids for Interior Improvements of Forty-Eight (48) Dwelling Units at Development No. TN0082-002 , located in McKenzie, Tennessee. The scope includes new flooring, lighting, and water closets in all 48 units, and new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom vanities/sinks in 23 of these same units. Bids are subject to TN State Law. Bids will be received until 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday April 1, 2026 , and publicly opened at McKenzie Housing Authority, 22 McDonald Avenue West, McKenzie, TN 38201. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond that is not less than five (5%) of the base bid. Plans, Specifications, and Bidding Documents are available at the Memphis Reprographics’ Plan Room www.mrplanroom.com One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in electronic or paper format shall be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, telephone (901) 381-9811 for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed online prior to purchasing them. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62, chapter 6).
