A394/13-2 The Planning Commission of the Town of Trezevant, Tenn., meets Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 6 p.m. at the Trezevant Community Center. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a citizens request to rezone property located at 5340 Broad Street from R-1 (Residential) to B-1 (Business). The property involved is identified as: Map 077C, Group B, Parcel 008.01, Map 077C, Group B, Parcel 008.00. This property is commonly known as the Hillsman Property. All interested citizens are invited to attend and will be given the opportunity to speak regarding the proposed rezoning.
