Request for Proposals - Residential Solid Waste Collection & Disposal

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS A13/8-1 Carroll County requests proposals for the collection, transportation and disposal of class 1 residential Solid Waste. Specifications for proposals may be obtained at the Carroll County Solid Waste Department located at 625 High Street Suite 112 (Carroll County Office Complex) Huntingdon, TN 38344 or by contacting Jeff Heyduck at 731-986-1943. Proposals will be received at the Carroll County Solid Waste Dept located at 625 High Street, Suite 112, Huntingdon, TN, until Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 5 p.m. The envelopes containing the Proposals must be sealed and addressed to Jeff Heyduck, Solid Waste Director; Carroll County Solid Waste Dept located at 625 High Street, Suite 112, Huntingdon, TN 38344 and plainly marked “Proposal for Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal.” Proposals will be opened and reviewed by the Carroll County Purchasing Committee on February 28, 2019 5 p.m. in the Carroll County Conference Room (located inside the Carroll County Office Complex) at 625 High Street Huntingdon, TN 38344. Carroll County reserves the right to accept or reject the lowest or best bid and negotiate minor points with the successful bidder. The Purchasing Committee is the final arbiter of all questions concerning the bids.
