Therefor, this Order of Publication should be published in the Carroll County News-Leader newspa- per located in The McKenzie Banner news- paper located in McKenzie, Carroll County, Tennessee, as the best possible notice to the Respondent under the circumstances. Respondent Tammy Cyr is hereby re- quired to appear and file an answer with Ken- neth Todd, the Clerk and Master of the Carroll County Chancery Court, Carroll County Courthouse, 99 Court Square, Huntingdon, Tennessee, or otherwise defend against the Petition to Open Administration of Estate and to serve an answer to said petition by May 24, 2019, which is thirty (30) days from the last day of publication of this notice, and send a copy of said answer to J. Daniel Rogers, Attorney for Petitioners in this cause, whose address is 1215 East Main Street, Humboldt, Tennessee, 38343, or default judgment will be entered against the Respondent Tammy Cyr and this cause set for hearing in the Chancery Court of Carroll County, Tennes- see, sitting in the Carroll County Courthouse in Huntingdon, Tennessee, ex parte as to Respondent, Tammy Cyr.
