NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF MCKENZIE To all interested persons: Notice is given that the Industrial Development Board of the City of McKenzie (the “Board”) will hold a special called meeting on June 18, 2019, at 6 p.m. in the office of the Board, in the conference room, 89 Bruce Street, McKenzie, TN 38201, to consider such as matters as my come before the Board, including, but not limited to (i) the request by Pottery Direct USA Holdings, Inc. (“Pottery Direct”), for the approval of the documents for the implementation of a payment in lieu of tax economic development incentive for the construction of a manufacturing facility to be leased by the Board to Volunteer Industrial, LLC, and subleased to Pottery Direct, and for the acquisition of the equipment therefor by the Board, which equipment will be leased to Pottery Direct, and the approval of any documents in connection with the contemplated transactions as may be necessary or appropriate to evidence and secure such transactions, and (ii) all other matters as may properly come before the meeting of the Board.
