City of McKenzie Request for Bids - City Hall Solid Waste

Sealed Bids will be received by the City of McKenzie, Tennessee, for collection and disposal of solid waste at McKenzie City Hall; 2470 Cedar Street; McKenzie, Tennessee 38201, on or before bid opening Monday, February 20, 2023, at 10 a.m. The envelope containing the Bid must be sealed and plainly marked “Solid Waste Bid”. Bids must be made on an enclosed Bid form and in accordance with the instructions to Bidders furnished by the City of McKenzie, Tennessee when requested. No qualifi ed bid will be accepted. A BID Bond or Certifi ed Check must accompany the Bid, in accordance with the instructions provided to Bidders. The defi ned terms appearing in the General Provisions furnished by the City will apply to all contract documents. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
