PUBLIC NOTICE McKenzie Regional Hospital, 161 Hospital Drive, McK- enzie, Tennessee, 38201, will no longer participate in the Medicare program as an acute care hospital provider (Title XVIII of the Social Security Act) effective Septem- ber 30, 2018. The agreement between McKenzie Regional Hospital and the Secretary of Health and Human Services will be terminated effective September 30, 2018 in accor- dance with the provisions of the Social Security Act. No payment will be made by the Medicare program under this agreement for covered inpatient services furnished to patients who are admitted on or after September 30, 2018.
