City of McKenzie Slum Clearance - 15 East Walnut Street

RE: Unsafe dilapidated mobile home located at 15 East Walnut Street, McKenzie, TN 38201 (Map 12L, Group K, Parcel 25). This office has made an inspection of the structure located at the above mentioned address and determined that the structure is dilapidated and conditions exist there that are dangerous and/or detrimental to the occupants, and the occupants of neighboring structures and/or other residents of the municipality. According to our records, you are the owner and/or a party of interest of this property. In accordance with section 13-203 of THE CITY OF MCKENZIE SLUM CLEARANCE ORDINANCE, a hearing has been set for 2 p.m., May 2 at McKenzie City Hall located at 2470 Cedar Street, McKenzie, Tn. The owner and interested parties will have the opportunity to answer this complaint. The rules of evidence prevailing in courts of law or equity shall not be controlling in hearings before the Administrative Hearing Officers.
