NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY OF MCKENZIE Public notice is hereby given that at 3 p.m., October 28, 2019, a hearing will be held in the Council Room of the McKenzie Municipal Building, 2470 Cedar Street, pursuant to Title 13, Property Mainte- nance Regulations of the McKenzie Municipal Code relative to the fi re damaged residential structure, located at 75 Woodrow, same being property owned by Jessica Kathleen Hardy, C/O Jessica Hightower This hearing will deal with the abatement of an alleged dangerous and unsightly structure, which has been heavily damaged by fi re.
