The City of McKenzie is requesting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of the following properties which have been condemned: 276 Elm St., 44 Linden and 924 Magnolia The winning bidder must agree to dispose of the structure remains in an approved landfill with receipts. The elevation must be brought back up to grade and leveled to provide the ability to mow. Sealed bids are due at City Hall by 4 p.m., Friday, January 3, 2020.
