Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 13-7-105, The Carroll County Commission does hereby give noce of a public hearing on the 9th day of March, at 6:45 p.m. in the boardroom of the Carroll County Office Complex. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding both a proposed text amendment to the Carroll County Lake Zoning Resoluon and a proposed rezoning of the Carroll County Lake Zoning Map. The text amendment would allow “limited assembly of items” as a use permied on appeal in L-2 (Lake Low/ Medium Density Residenal) districts. The proposed rezoning would re-classify property on Leach Road (Tax Map 131, parcel 3.02) from L-1 (Lake Low Density Residenal/Commercial) to L-2 (Lake Low/ Medium Density Residenal). Copies of the proposed amendments are available in the office of the County Mayor during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to aend.
