E911 Seeking Proposals for Architectural Services

The Carroll County Emergency Communications District is seeking proposals for architectural services. The Carroll County Emergency Communications District is preparing to construct a new facility for the administrative offices of the district. The new facility will also house a backup 911 center and a conference room / training room. The services shall include fees for full architectural and engineering services. It shall include all phases of the project from design, documentation, bidding, and construction oversight.
