This project proposes construc- tion of a Large Confined Animal Feeding Operation and thus triggered development of an Environmental Assessment. FSA has completed an Environmental Assessment (EA) and has determined that the construction of two wean-to-finish hog barns to be located at Carroll County Map O 14, Par- cel 031.00 will not have a significant effect on the human environment; therefore, no environmental impact statement shall be prepared.
