Request for Bids - Carroll County Sheriffs Office

A13/34-2 Scope This bid request is for items and associated services for work at the Carroll County Sheriffs Office through Carroll County Government. The principal representative of the eventually chosen firm or organization is expected to provide these items and services to the Carroll County Sheriffs Office. Communications for this project shall be between a designated member of the firm or organization chosen, Carroll County Sheriff Andy Dickson, and Carroll County Mayor, Joseph G. Butler - (731) 986-1936. Carroll County is seeking commercial items and professional services as follows: • Two (2) commercial washing machines • 65 lb UW pocket, Hard mount washer extractor, M30 programmable control, 200G, 200-240/60 1-3 • Warranty - 3 years, limited parts 5 years, frame, cylinder shaft assembly, seals & bearings • Professional installation • Two (2) commercial dryers • 75 lb drying tumbler, dual digital control, white, natural gas, 200-240 (120v W/Jumper) 60/1-3 • Warranty - 3 years parts • Professional installation • Two (2) twinned HVAC systems replaced • Replacing four (4) furnaces, four (4) condensers, and four (4) coils. Units need to have air purifi cation system to help kill bacteria, mold, mildew and viruses. 2 new thermostats with room sensors and new fi lter bases for higher effi ciency fi lters. Four (4) new 4-ton condensers outside and new copper refrigerant lines for each unit. New thermostat wire between the units, new 3-phase disconnects at outdoor units, with wiring to units all units to be pressure tested and vacuum performed on the refrigerant lines. All old equipment removed and disposed of by installer. Licensing The Proposer shall provide proof that they are licensed and authorized to conduct business in Tennessee. Proof of relevant certifi cations and required insurance shall be submitted by chosen fi rm. Requirements Submittals must include two (2) hard copies of the respective bid and one (1) digital copy (in PDF format). Condition of Acceptance by Carroll County Carroll County reserves the right to waive any informality, the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and negotiate minor points with the successful bidder. This request does not commit Carroll County to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a submittal for this request, or to procure a contract for items or services. Carroll County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals received as a result of this request, negotiate with any qualifi ed source, or cancel this request in part or whole.
