All interested applicants must submit a business plan to Main Street McKenzie, 2470 Cedar St. McKenzie, TN 38201. The plan needs to include the architectural and design plans for the building, usage, and definite timeline. The winning applicant will receive the ownership of the building as is, for a price of $5000. The building is located in the historic zoning district and all construction must receive a certificate of appropriateness in order to proceed.
