PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the Code of Federal Regulations 40 CFR 403.8(f) (2)(viii), the City of McKenzie Pretreatment Program is re- quired to publish a list of Industrial dischargers to the Pub- licly Owned Treatment Works found to be in non-compliance as defined in the McKenzie Sewer Use Ordinance section 103 (51) (a-i). This list must be published annually in the largest local newspaper. The following lists the Industrial User’s name, permit number, and reason for non-compliance for the period of October 1, 2022-March 31, 2023.
