Bids are subject to TN State Law. Bids will be received until 11 a.m. on December 19, 2023 , and publicly opened at McKenzie Housing Authority, 22 McDonald Avenue West, McKenzie, TN 38201. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond that is not less than five (5%) of the base bid.
