The City of McKenzie is accepting bids on three separate parcels of property located on Haynes Street (#15) and Booker Street (# 13 & # 14). Minimum bid accepted is value of each property. The successful purchaser will have to submit a plan to the city for the type of residence that will be erected on the property before deed transfer.
