AL., 2019 DELINQUENT TAXPAYERS NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR DELINQUENT 2019 PROPERTY TAXES NOTICE OF THE ADDITION OF TITLE OPINION FEES NOTICE OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND TAX SALE WHEREAS, the above Plaintiffs have filed their Complaints in the above referenced Cases for the collection of the 2019 delinquent property taxes; AND WHEREAS, the above Plaintiffs prayed for a Default Judgment and Order of Sale to satisfy the 2019 property taxes, penalties, interest, and attorney fees; THEREFORE, NOTICE is hereby given to the below listed Defendants that their 2019 property taxes remain unpaid, then the Plaintiffs will on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 9 a.m., in the Chancery Courtroom on the second floor in the Carroll County Courthouse, in Huntingdon, Tennessee; ask the Chancellor for a “Default Judgment and Order of Sale” of the property of the below listed Defendants whose property taxes remain un-paid. If the 2019 property taxes remain unpaid, the actual Tax Sale will be advertised later and the Tax Sale will take place on or about 10:01 a.m., on Friday, March 25, 2022 , at the Carroll County Courthouse in Huntingdon, Tennessee. The actual Tax Sale date is subject to change and will be advertised later.
