The Northwest Tennessee Development District and Human Resource Agency (NWTDD/HRA) is seeking qualified candidates with relevant professional management and leadership experience for the Executive Director position. The NWTDD/HRA is a non-profit organization with its main office located at 124 Weldon Drive, Martin TN. NWTDD/HRA represents the interests of a nine-county region that includes Benton, Carroll Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lake, Obion and Weakley counties. The Executive Director is appointed by the Executive Committee and Policy Council. The Executive Director provides leadership to a professional staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of an array of essential services. The successful candidate shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and five years of progressively responsible managerial and supervisory experience. Background in, or professional familiarity with, community/ economic development a plus. Salary schedule and job duties will be discussed with qualifying candidates during interviews.
