Notice of Public Hearing - Lake Zoning

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 13-7-105, The Carroll County Commission does hereby give notice of a public hearing on the 8th day of January, at 6:45 p.m. at the Carroll County Offi ce Complex. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding a proposed resolution which would amend the text of to the Carroll County Lake Zoning Res- olution to establish the requirement of site plan approval for structures proposed on properties which front on Lake Halford. Copies of the proposed text amendment and revised zoning map are available in the offi ce of the County Mayor during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend.
