The Carroll County Government, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 49-2-201 and Tennessee Code Annotated 5-5-111, hereby gives notice to the citizens of Carroll County that a vacancy for the offi ce of District 2 School Board member will be fi lled by election of the County Legislative Body at the general meeting of the Carroll County Legislative Body at the Carroll County Civic Center on November 9, 2020, at 7 p.m. CST. The person elected to represent District 2 as School Board member shall be a qualified resident of Carroll County School Board District 2, Carroll County. As to this offi ce, the public will be allowed to present nominations for consideration by the Legislative Body, who will elect the person to fi ll said vacancy. Joseph G.
