Any elderly voter (60 years of age or older) or a voter with a disability, whose polling place is not accessible, may choose to come to the County Election Commission offi ce to vote either during the Early Voting period, on Election Day by appointment, or absentee by mail. If the voter chooses to vote at the election offi ce on Election Day, the voter must provide the election offi ce with written notice by February 24, 2024, of his/her intention to vote there on Election Day. If the voter registered by mail, (s)he must vote in-person in the fi rst election the voter votes in. To request an absentee ballot, the voter must do so by February 27, 2024.
