Duties may include: Oversight of AAAD operation; planning, developing and implementation of the area plan; management and operation of all programs and fiscal aspects and daily activities of the AAAD and advocacy on behalf of all older persons within the Northwest District Qualifi cations: Master’s Degree and fi ve years’ experience in supervision or management in fi eld of gerontology, aging programs or related fi eld; or Bachelor’s Degree in a related fi eld and seven years of related experience may be substituted for the Master’s Degree.
