In response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Chief Justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court published an Order Extending State of Emergency and Reinstating Suspension of In-Person Court Proceedings through January 2021 and jury trials through February. Grand Jury will not meet in January. Those of you summoned for duty, please do not report on Wednesday, December 30. The Carroll County Circuit Court will inform you of a new Grand Jury date.
